Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who has real-time, hands-on understanding of Palo Alto firewalls and how they are deployed and operated in an enterprise environment. Also looking for someone with knowledge of VXLAN, some exposure to Access Fabric, and a basic understanding of routing and switching.

Ø Real-time, hands-on understanding of Palo Alto firewalls and how they are deployed and operated in an enterprise environment.

Ø Firewall requests and troubleshooting

Ø PAN-OS rule optimization, auditing, and administration

Ø Fleet-wide software upgrades for Network devices

Ø Lab onboarding, profiling, and securing

Ø Security policy creation on FireWall

Ø Splunk dashboard remediation for firewall health

Ø Lab deployments and VLAN expansions for enhanced network segmentation

Ø Multi-vsys to zone-based firewall conversion projects

Ø DevNet Type-3 wireless configuration deployments

Ø Migration of lab VRF instances to new firewalls for lab cleanup

Ø Technology refresh initiatives for firewalls

Ø Panorama migrations for centralized management

Ø BGP conversion for legacy LAN aggregation firewalls
