Network Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Manage and support firewalls, routers, switches, SD-WAN edges, and wireless access points.

• ⁠ ⁠Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• ⁠ ⁠Ensure SLA compliance and reliable network operations.

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain network configurations, firmware, and security standards.

• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical support and break-fix activities.

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain network documentation, asset inventories, and automated configuration backups.

Candidate Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Strong experience in network and security operations.

• ⁠ ⁠Hands-on expertise in firewalls, routers, switches, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies.

• ⁠ ⁠Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and network maintenance.

• ⁠ ⁠Must meet the required BPSS security requirements.

• ⁠ ⁠Must be based in the UK and available to support customer operations.
