Key Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, upgrade, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls.
• Manage security policies, NAT rules, VPNs, IPS, URL Filtering, and WildFire.
• Monitor EDR alerts, investigate threats, perform threat hunting, and support incident response.
• Deploy, configure, and tune EDR agents and endpoint security policies.
• Manage IT patch deployment, vulnerability remediation, patch failures, and exceptions.
• Monitor network and system health, maintain compliance documentation, and meet SLAs.
• Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises network security environments.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Network Security Profiles.
• Firewall policy configuration, NAT, VPN, IPS, URL Filtering, and WildFire.
• LAN/WAN networking fundamentals.
• EDR administration, threat detection, and incident remediation.
• IT patch management and vulnerability remediation.
