Network Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Network Development & Strategy

• Participate in the definition and updating the network development strategy in line with commercial and business objectives.
• Analyze the coverage and geographical reach of the sales and after-sales network, identifying opportunities for expansion, consolidation and/or restructuring.
• Participate in negotiations related to new openings, renewals, relocations, reorganizations and additional agreements.
• Prepare market potential, area of responsabilities, competitor and territorial opportunity analyses, including mapping and geographical analysis to support decision-making using geomarketing tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new openings, relocations, expansions or facility modifications.
• Analyze the economic, financial, commercial and operational situation of potential candidates and existing network partners.
• Monitor competitor developments and market trends in the distribution and mobility sectors.
• Coordinate and monitor projects related to the implementation of corporate identity standards, dealership upgrades, new facility openings and refurbishments.
• Audit compliance with the brand's corporate standards regarding brand identity, image and design, facilities, customer experience and general processes.
• Analyze business indicators, market potential, sales, market share and commercial performance.
• Identify deviations and propose action and development plans in coordination with the Sales Department, as well as monitor the implementation of these plans and actions agreed with dealers.
• Maintain a close and professional relationship with network operators, understanding their needs and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operations departments to ensure a comprehensive view of projects.
• Willingness and availability to travel frequently and visit dealerships.

Education & Knowledge

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Additional training or knowledge in the automotive sector will be considered, particularly in sales, after-sales, profitability, KPIs, as well as dealer networks, strategy, retail or distribution.
• Knowledge of the automotive market and benchmarking.
• Ability to analyze profit and loss statements, commercial objectives, business plans and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, CRM and geographical/GIS analysis tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and OneDrive/SharePoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in network development, distribution, retail, sales, consulting or similar roles.
• Previous experience in the automotive sector will be highly valued, as well as specialized courses and programs in the automotive industry
• Experience in business analysis and development of business, consultancy, market research and project evaluation with dealer network.

Languages

• Spanish: Native or equivalent level.
• English: Professional working proficiency, minimum B2 level.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered
