Network Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits for networking issues related to Cisco devices.
• Troubleshoot complex network problems using tools such as Wireshark and Network Monitoring software.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve escalated cases and provide root cause analysis reports.
• Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles for internal use.

Job Requirements :

• CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent experience working with Cisco equipment.
• 6-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry supporting large-scale networks.
• Strong understanding of BGP routing protocols and switching technologies (CCNA level).
• Experience working with various operating systems including Windows, Linux, Unix.
