Network Support Engineer

We are looking for Network Support Engineers with hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, configuration, and incident resolution. Candidates who have supported telecommunications or internet service accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network outages, intermittent connections, packet loss, and high latency.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Resolve LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and connectivity concerns.
• Handle technical escalations and high-priority network incidents.
• Monitor network devices and review logs, alerts, and configurations.
• Coordinate with clients, internet providers, vendors, and field technicians.
• Document troubleshooting steps, updates, and resolutions.
• Support multiple client locations and network environments.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience in NOC, network support, MSP, ISP, or telecommunications support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring or troubleshooting network devices.
• Familiarity with Cisco, Meraki, MikroTik, Ruckus, Fortinet, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Experience supporting AT&T or another internet or telecommunications account is an advantage, particularly when the work involved connectivity troubleshooting or network escalation.
• Experience supporting hotel, hospitality, or multi-site client networks is a strong advantage.
• CCNA or a related network certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
