Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in FortiGate SD-WAN, Aruba Wireless/WLC, and Juniper Switching. The candidate will be responsible for network troubleshooting, configuration, monitoring, and resolving critical network issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for FortiGate Firewall and SD-WAN.
• Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN, VPN, routing, NAT, and security policies.
• Support FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Troubleshoot Aruba WLC, Access Points, SSIDs, roaming, and authentication issues.
• Support Aruba Central and ClearPass.
• Configure and troubleshoot Juniper EX Series Switches.
• Handle VLAN, STP, LACP, Virtual Chassis, and routing issues.
• Perform network upgrades, patching, migration, and health checks.
• Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.
• For L3, act as an escalation point for critical incidents and complex troubleshooting.
