What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VLANs, DHCP, DNS, Ethernet switching, and ZScaler.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and maintain documentation of incident resolution processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 operations team.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in networking technologies such as VLANs, DHCP, DNS.
- Strong understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) principles and practices.
- Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is an added advantage.
