Network support Executive

About the role

CAMNIX SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Network Support Executive to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. As an Network Support Executive, you will be at the forefront of our organization's technology operations, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and that dealers receive prompt and professional assistance. This role is essential to maintaining business continuity and supporting our teams across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Network support to dealers, system installers, and customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and on-site when required.
• Troubleshoot & provide appropriate solutions related to networking products, and related security products.
• Assist the Sales Team with pre-sales & after sales technical support, including product recommendations, system requirements, product compatibility, basic system design & follow up on unresolved technical issues until they are properly resolved.
• Conduct product demonstrations, and training for dealers and system installers when required.
• Keep up to date with new products, technologies, and technical developments in the security, networking, and ICT industry.
• Maintain proper records of technical issues, solutions, and customer/dealer feedback.
• Perform other technical and support-related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Network Technology, IT (Networking) or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Network support, or a similar technical support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team player
