Network Support Executive

Resolve guest Wi-Fi login and internet connectivity issues.

• Assist guests in connecting to the hotel network and perform MAC address

binding whenever required.

• Conduct daily Wi-Fi and mobile signal testing across guest rooms and public

areas.

• Identify weak signal zones and escalate them to the NOC team for resolution.

• Monitor ISP links and report network outages promptly.

• Maintain daily logs of customer complaints, resolutions, and network activities.

• Coordinate with the IT Manager and NOC for issue resolution and preventive

maintenance.

• Perform software updates on network devices whenever applicable.

• Review and validate manually added devices on a monthly basis and coordinate

with the NOC for system cleanup.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or

a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Network Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or Wi-Fi

Support.

• Freshers with strong networking knowledge may also be considered.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, routers, switches, wireless access

points, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.

• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts and support hotel operations.
