NETWORK SUPPORT LEVEL 1

• Manages and maintains the data center to ensure 24/7 operation in rotating shifts.
• Monitors infrastructure and services around the clock.
• Acts as the first point of contact for onsite issues, responding and assisting within the agreed time.
• Records and updates requests, incidents, and other tasks in the ticketing system.
• Follows ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Ensures safety, security, and customer support policies are followed.
• Coordinates with contractors and vendors, and checks completed work.
• Plans and supports maintenance with minimal disruption to services.
• Assists with internal and external audits.
• Provides regular reports as needed.
• Takes on additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
