Network Support Technician

Job Overview

As a Network Support Technician at BuzzBallz, you'll help ensure employees across our facilities have reliable access to the technology and tools they need to do their best work. This role serves as a key resource for supporting connectivity, communications, and end-user technology while partnering with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve the overall technology experience.

You'll also have opportunities to contribute to company growth initiatives, including supporting multiple locations, assisting with facility integrations, and helping maintain a seamless technology environment as the business evolves. Flexibility to occasionally support business needs outside of traditional business hours, including evenings or weekends, is important.

• Support and enhance the technology systems that keep the business running, including hardware, software, communication tools, collaboration platforms, and data infrastructure, while helping drive system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain the BuzzBallz technical network through the appropriate channels, collaboration and escalation. All hands on deck!
• Looking forward, supporting additional sites with global reach.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience supporting network infrastructure, telecommunications, or related technology environments.
• Experience working with Cisco or similar networking technologies, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.

Preferred:

• Ability to provide effective support and collaborate with employees, vendors, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with business and productivity technologies, including Microsoft Office applications, combined with flexibility to occasionally travel and support business needs outside of traditional business hours.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
