Where you will fit in our team

Since we manage IT for many businesses, we require a candidate with strong, specialized knowledge to handle escalated, complex needs. You will be a core resource for our required knowledge base, specifically driving our capabilities in:

• Zero-Trust Security & Endpoint Control (ThreatLocker expert / Cyber Hero)
• Advanced Networking & Infrastructure (Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti)
• Microsoft 365 Architecture, Migrations, and Scripting (InTune, Entra, and Addigy for Macs)

Must-Have Required Technical Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in system and network administration
• Expertise in ThreatLocker (ThreatLocker Cyber Hero certification highly preferred)
• Deep networking expertise with full proficiency in Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti (firewall, switch, WAP configuration and management)
• Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory; DHCP; DNS; LDAP; Radius; NPS; PowerShell scripting
• Microsoft 365 Azure, Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, Conditional Access Policies
• RDS Management; VPC Management
• Microsoft Defender Management; OneDrive/SharePoint
• Cybersecurity knowledge and awareness as it relates to IT operations systems design and configuration

Preferred Technical Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
• ConnectWise Manage experience is a plus
• Experience in an MSP environment is a huge plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
