Experience/Knowledge Required

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical support for on-premise network, servers and cloud computing
• Experience in scalable Cloud Architecture management, Cloud Networking, Site-to-Site VPN
• Experience in Linux system administration
• Experience in Network administration / L2 and L3 switch management / packet capture / AAA, Firewall / IP tables configuration / ACL Management
• Experience in mDNS broadcast management for BYOD content streaming
• Experience in Captive portal solutions (eg Mikrotik, Packetfence, OpenNAC, etc)
• Strong Support / Troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis experience
• Good command of written and spoken English

Preferred Additional Experience

• Install, update and support Android devices, including APK installation and deployment using Android Debug Bridge (ADB) and other diagnostic tools

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform system administration and provide support for 24x7 production Cloud environments
• Provide incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, implement corrective actions
• Implement SOPs relating to preventative maintenance and disaster recovery
• Implement best practices in terms of Cybersecurity, PCI DSS and Data Privacy compliance assessments
• Undertake Internal and External Penetration testing using tools and resources
• Perform on-premise networking tasks
• Provide clear, precise and complete documentation that are kept up-to-date
