- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise voice infrastructure and Unified Communications solutions.
- Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, IM & Presence, and Contact Center solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and related voice technologies.
- Manage voice gateways, session border controllers (SBCs), and PSTN connectivity.
- Perform voice network capacity planning, upgrades, migrations, and optimization activities.
- Analyze and resolve complex voice quality issues, including latency, jitter, and packet loss.
