Networking intern

We’re looking for a talented final-year student or recent graduate passionate about Networking, Connectivity, and IT Infrastructure, eager to develop practical experience while supporting the operational activities of a Networks and Communications team.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to network administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security practices, with continuous technical guidance from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and monitoring of network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN);
• Assist with the configuration of network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, IP addressing and basic routing;
• Support the analysis of network events, logs and operational alerts using monitoring and management tools;
• Participate in troubleshooting activities related to connectivity, performance and network incidents;
• Contribute to network documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical procedures;
• Collaborate on security, hardening and testing activities, including connectivity and redundancy, as well as on-site or remote network interventions.

What We Are Looking For

• Academic background in Networking, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field (final-year student or recent graduate);
• Interest in network infrastructure, connectivity and cybersecurity practices;
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and basic routing;
• Familiarity with network equipment such as switches, routers or firewalls is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux);
• Strong learning mindset, organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
