Networking Intern

Brisa Group is looking for a Networking & Security Intern!

We’re looking for talented new graduates passionate about Networking, Connectivity, and IT Infrastructure, eager to support the operational activities of our Networks and Communications team (DTS) while developing practical experience in enterprise environments.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to network administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security practices, with continuous technical guidance from experienced professionals.

We will be challenging you with some of these assignments:

• Support the administration and monitoring of network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN);
• Assist with the configuration of network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, IP addressing, and basic routing;
• Support the analysis of network events, logs, and operational alerts using monitoring and management tools;
• Participate in troubleshooting activities related to connectivity, performance, and network incidents;
• Contribute to network documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical procedures;
• Collaborate on security, hardening, testing (connectivity, redundancy), and support on-site or remote network interventions.

If you have:

• Academic background in Networking, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (final-year student or recent graduate);
• Interest in network infrastructure, connectivity, and cybersecurity practices;
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing;
• Understanding of network equipment such as switches, routers, or firewalls (plus);
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows / Linux);
• Strong learning mindset, organization skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
