Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Sales for our Kolhapur location. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, developing business relationships, meeting industrial customers, and generating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to industries.
• Meet business owners and key decision-makers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Submit regular field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Outdoor Sales.
• Candidates with experience in local industrial sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for field sales.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Freshers interested in sales may also be considered.
