Role Overview

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.
• Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Engages in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
