Responsibilities Job Description

• Provide expert neurosurgical care, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and surgical interventions for various neurological conditions.
• Perform advanced microsurgical techniques and endovascular procedures with precision and skill.
• Conduct neuro-oncology surgeries, focusing on the removal and management of brain tumors.
• Specialize in pediatric neurosurgery, addressing congenital and acquired neurological disorders in children.
• Execute complex cranial base surgeries, ensuring minimal risk and optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage spinal surgeries, addressing conditions such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and spinal cord injuries.
• Respond promptly to trauma cases, delivering emergency neurosurgical support as required.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care and compliance with medical regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgical techniques and practices.
