Neuro Therapy Assistant

We take a holistic approach to healing by looking at patients as a whole, finding the root cause of their symptoms, and treating them without drugs or surgery.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has clinical experience in a medical office or health clinic setting.
• Is an excellent communicator; with strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management discipline.
• Is collaborative and proactively engages with patients and physician staff; takes direction and uses good judgment while acting independently.
• Has strong critical thinking skills; is flexible and able to smoothly transition tasks throughout the day in our busy environment.
• Can show steady work experience via their resume (no job hoppers).

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Works in conjunction with front desk operations and reception counter
• Greets new patients
• Updates patient files and identifies chief complaints
• Provides attended and unattended therapies for patients
• Under Doctor’s guidance, provides patient therapy modalities, technologies and equipment
• Compiles patient data and prepares summary reports
• Interprets policies and explains procedures
• Qualifications:
• Associate's degree required
• Experience in a healthcare setting and/or medical office is required
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience with EHR software required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
