Neurodiagnostic Technician

Role: Responsible for assisting in the detection of electro-cerebral silence and performing diagnostic tests such as EEGs, EMGs, and nerve conduction studies.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain digital EEG equipment, document patient care and equipment conditions accurately, ensure compliance with organizational policies and patient rights, and participate in performance improvement activities.

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, proficiency in performing EEG tests on multiple patients, and Basic Life Support certification. Ability to lift 40-50 lbs, stand and walk extensively, and perform activities like kneeling, bending, and CPR.

Additional Requirements: Adherence to HR and departmental policies, proper documentation, safe equipment operation, and participation in continuous improvement efforts.
