About us

Neurotherapy Clinics Australia is a rapidly expanding company offering transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) neurotherapy to individuals of all ages. Neurotherapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment used to enhance and regulate brain function. It is widely used for a range of psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, ADD, ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Sleep Disturbance and Traumatic Brain Injures. Our Melbourne clinic opened in January 2026, and has been our fastest growing clinic yet.

About the role

You will be working in a team with 2 other experienced technicians, however, day-to-day you will be working independently within a larger health clinic. This is a client-facing role covering Monday-Friday afternoon shifts to accommodate demand for after school and work appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Calendar management including booking and rescheduling appointments
• Conducting qEEG and ERP scans to collect data
• Processing qEEG data into quantitative maps
• Administering neuromodulation therapies to clients
• Greeting clients and managing relationships
• Cleaning of offices and equipment
• Monitoring client progress and reporting back to the relevant practitioner
• Managing client concerns

About you

• Able to work independently
• Minimum high school certificate or equivalent
• Available to work Monday to Friday afternoons and evenings
• First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
