Work on the core physics of a next-generation sodium-cooled nuclear reactor.
🔹 Neutron transport & reactor physics modelling
🔹 Monte Carlo & deterministic core calculations
🔹 Shielding analysis
🔹 Integrated core design with thermal-hydraulics & mechanical teams
Looking for: Strong computational physics fundamentals + hands-on experience with OpenMC, Serpent or MCNP.
⭐ Experience in fast/sodium-cooled reactor design, SCALE, ERANOS or DIF3D is a plus.
🎯 Researchers & PhDs from HBNI, IGCAR, BARC, NPCIL, IIT Kanpur, DU and international labs are welcome.
