• Calibration of the vehicle mainly focused New Energy Vehicles especially BEV
• Calibration of all functions of the control unit regarding ambient conditions, energy-, torque- and battery management as well diagnosis functions
• Follow calibration project milestone plans for customer calibration programs
• Responsible for calibration tasks as assigned from lead engineer
• Responsible to meet the calibration targets of the program
• Conducting measurements in vehicle and on test bench or wind channel
• Participation in on-road test drives
• Realize SOP projects in collaboration with our customers
• Monitor and report calibration maturity
• Report defects linked to calibration results
• Write calibration guides linked to transmission functions
• Write calibration reports according to calibration targets and test results Qualification：:
• In depth knowledge of main powertrain calibration process in vehicle
• Familiar with HCU and VCU control software structures and how to interpret them
• Understanding and experience of test bed, chassis dyno testing, drive tests
• Experienced in delivering calibration tasks for SOP production calibration projects for OEM
• Expert in at least one main calibration area (drive strategy, energy management, thermal management)
• Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in NEV vehicles calibration
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficient in use of Calibration application Tools (Inca / CANape)
• Willing to travel within and outside China
