New Accounts Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented New Accounts Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the account setup process while ensuring compliance with wireless . Your proactive approach will help foster strong customer relationships, promote wireless products, and contribute to the growth of our client base. Duties

• Engage with prospective clients to open new accounts, explaining wireless products and services clearly and confidently
• Verify customer identities and ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and security standards
• Process account applications efficiently using crm software and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional wireless and internet products or services that meet client needs
• Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and building trust
• Detect and prevent potential fraud or suspicious activity through diligent monitoring and adherence to financial compliance protocols

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Basic math skills including debits & credits
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques and industry standards for financial security
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
