New Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

* Develop new customers in the automotive aftermarket segment.

* Generate leads through various platforms like Google Maps, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and LinkedIn.

* Conduct cold calling and customer follow-up activities.

* Identify key decision makers within target organizations (e.g., Owner, Purchase Head, Production Head).

* Understand customer requirements, analyze monthly consumption patterns, and address vendor issues.

* Close business deals with distributors and direct buyers.

* Handle professional email communication, prepare and send quotations, and manage follow-ups.

* Maintain accurate lead records within an ERP system.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Mandatory experience in the automotive industry.

* Required experience in aftermarket sales closing.

* Possess strong negotiation skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Good spoken English proficiency is essential.

* Demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers.

Preferred candidate profile

* Experience in selling specific products such as brake parts, general auto components, or EV parts.

* Educational background: B.Tech, Diploma, or Graduate degree preferred.
