New Center Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to new Kumon franchisees and ensure business is operating smoothly.
• Help develop strong business relationships with franchisees.
• Strengthen franchise center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with instructors.
• Assess and provide recommendations on how the new franchisees can sustain and increase the profitability of their center.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder of any related course.
• Willing to do extensive travel in the Philippines.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Knowledge on franchise operations is a definite advantage.
