Monday - Friday 6:30am Start, end time depends on the day. (some weekends)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New Construction Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing newly built residential and commercial properties for occupancy by ensuring they are spotless, sanitized, and ready for use. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help create safe, clean, and welcoming environments for clients and residents alike. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of new construction sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a pristine finish.
• Remove debris, construction materials, and leftover waste from job sites to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas to meet health and safety regulations.
• Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or materials safely during cleaning operations.
• Apply specialized floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning or polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
• Assist with outdoor work tasks like sweeping walkways or cleaning exterior surfaces as needed.
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including sanitation, carpet cleaning, floor care, and outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving equipment or materials.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or residents when needed.
• Previous experience with outdoor work or construction site cleanup is a plus.
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and custodial practices is beneficial.
