What You’ll Do:

• Install HVAC systems on residential and commercial new construction projects.
• Read and follow blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project plans accurately.
• Assist in installing ductwork, vents, air handlers, rooftop units, and HVAC accessories.
• Work closely with other trades, foremen, and senior technicians to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Learn and grow your technical skills under guidance from experienced team members.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred).
• Ability to read basic blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools; physically able to lift and work on ladders or elevated platforms.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
