New Construction Sales Representative - Windows & Doors

Black Rock Window & Door is seeking a motivated sales professional to help grow our presence throughout Northern Nevada.

This is not a retail sales position.

We are looking for someone who can build relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and homeowners while identifying new project opportunities and helping customers select the right window and patio door solutions for their projects.

If you have experience in construction sales, building materials, lumber, roofing, siding, millwork, windows and doors, or a related industry, we'd like to talk with you.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000 DOE
• Uncapped Commission
• Expected earnings of $80,000-$120,000+ for motivated performers
• Opportunity for significant income growth based on performance

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Based out of Sparks, Nevada
• Travel throughout Northern Nevada

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, homeowners, and industry professionals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Northern Nevada
• Generate bids and proposals for window and patio door packages
• Meet with customers to review project requirements and recommend solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with our internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery
• Represent Black Rock Window & Door professionally in the field and on job sites
• Consistently grow sales within your assigned territory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in windows and doors is a plus but not required
• Experience in building materials, lumber, millwork, roofing, siding, flooring, contractor sales, or construction-related sales is highly desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
