About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical New Graduate Analyst, Pricing & Quotation Operations to join our team. In this role, you will support daily pricing and quotation activities, work with commercial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver competitive and profitable solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day pricing and quotation operations.
• Prepare and maintain pricing and quotation data in relevant systems.
• Review and validate commercial information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Support the implementation and execution of pricing policies and processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and standardization.
• Help ensure compliance with company guidelines and commercial policies.
• Participate in ad hoc analyses and projects to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work with data and derive insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Internship experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, commercial excellence, analytics, or related functions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools.
• Interest in data analysis and process optimization.
