What You'll Do

• Work on-site in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system. This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily.

• Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.

• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.

• Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from the initial interaction through contract and closing.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Real Estate License

• Availability to work on-site during the weekends is required. Our Model homes are open daily, typically until 5pm or 6pm.
