Job Summary

We are looking for a New Model Production Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating new model production activities to achieve development targets according to schedules, improving production processes, and coordinating trial runs and audits to ensure high manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• New Model Production: Responsible for new model production to achieve targets according to the development schedule.
• Trial Run Execution: Develop and manage F-Trial, P-Trial, Teardown, P-EVA, and First Lot processes to meet quality and timeline targets.
• Process Improvement: Improve production processes and resource utilization in line with departmental policies and efficiency goals.
• Coordination & Control: Control production progress and coordinate with cross-functional teams and technical support for suppliers.
• Audit & Standards Compliance: Support and participate in audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in New Model Engineering or Production Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in new model development, trial runs (F-Trial/P-Trial), and mass production setup.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Engineering/Automation tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good command of English for technical communication and documentation.

Working Hours & Location

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (07:50 – 17:10)
• Location: Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, Bangkok
