At Texas Pain Care, we believe that the first step to patient recovery is a welcoming, efficient, and professional intake experience. As the New Patient Coordinator, you are the face of our practice. You are the vital bridge between referring physicians and our clinical team, ensuring that patients receive the evidence-based care they need the moment they walk through our doors. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented coordinator who excels in high-volume environments, manages patient scheduling with precision, and is deeply committed to our "Treat the Patient" philosophy. If you are a problem-solver who thrives on hitting goals and facilitating life-changing care, you will succeed here.

- Referral Management: Maintain the referral tracker daily, identify bottlenecks in scheduling, and follow up proactively with referring offices and potential patients.
- SCS Program Support: Coordinate scheduling, insurance authorizations, and patient education for our Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) and advanced procedure programs.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing and referral metrics to ensure we are meeting monthly visit targets.
- Administrative Excellence: Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) to maintain accurate documentation, process messages, and support cross-functional workflows.
Qualities That Thrive Here

- Task-Disciplined: You don’t wait for work to find you; you actively monitor trackers, address gaps in the schedule, and push for efficiency.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred) and comfortable navigating insurance portals.
- Resilient & Proactive: You handle high-volume call environments with a calm, friendly demeanor and are always looking for ways to improve the patient journey.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a clinical operations, healthcare coordination, or medical front-office role.
