New Patient Coordinator

Phone Team Member for a Busy Medical Office:

Join our incredible Patient Care Coordinator Team and walk patients through scheduling

and setting up their exam, answer questions, explain procedures, and document patient

insurance information. You will help prospective patients feel confident about

coming to Nerve Renewal! Every day our patients say this is one of the best decisions

they ever made... and that they only wish they'd done it sooner! Our staff loves helping

those with Neuropathy help find the freedom of pain and gain more independence.

Tired of retail hours and part-time benefits? This position is in-office Monday through

Thursday, 7:30am – 5:00pm. We offer health insurance, paid time off, etc.

Ideal Candidate:

• Enjoys working with people and comfortable in a call center environment
• Willing to learn and become an expert in neuropathy
• Must be energetic and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Bilingual English & Spanish speaking a plus
• Requires excellent phone and in-person communication skills
• Requires good computer and organizational skills
• Involves quick and accurate data entry
• Must be able to work in a multi-tasking environment
• Position is full-time, 4 days a week
• Must be available for the times listed above

Pay: $22.00 per hour
