- Manage trial budgets and contribute to project business cases and gate approvals.
- Support the ongoing development and standardisation of change management processes and documentation.
- Maintain packaging specification systems and related site data.
- Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives that support site performance and continuous improvement.

You'll Bring:
- Experience within manufacturing, production or supply chain environments, with FMCG experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational capability.
- Experience working with SAP, Microsoft Office and system-driven environments.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence experience.
- Knowledge of packaging, production processes or manufacturing systems.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional change initiatives.
