Job Description :

• Identify and develop new medical device products based on market and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Production, Sales and Service teams.
• Manage product development from concept, prototype, testing and validation to launch.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Coordinate with suppliers for components and technical requirements.
• Ensure product quality, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Support product improvement, cost optimization and troubleshooting.

Desired candidate profile requirement:

• Degree in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electronics/Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in medical device product development/R&D.
• Knowledge of medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
• Good project management, analytical and communication skills.
• IVF consumable experience will be an advantage.
