Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new product designs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, informing product development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the NPD process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of product design principles, including CAD software proficiency (e.g., SolidWorks).
• Experience working on industrial equipment/machinery projects; knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
