New Product Development Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in New Product Development, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent 2D/3D CAD software
• Experience in new product development, product qualification, validation, and engineering change activities.
• Knowledge and experience in failure analysis, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with suppliers, supplier qualification, process/material evaluation, and technical audits is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of APQP, phase-gate project management, and engineering documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in Power Module products and semiconductor packaging is an advantage.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product reliability is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
