About the Role

We are looking for an NPD Executive to manage the end-to-end new product development process, from market research and product ideation to trials, packaging, documentation, and commercial launch. The role will work closely with R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify new product opportunities and gaps.
• Support product ideation and develop product concepts based on market trends and consumer needs.
• Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing partners for formulation development, samples, trials, and modifications.
• Manage the complete NPD timeline and development tracker from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with packaging, design, procurement, and supply chain teams for timely execution.
• Track lab trials, samples, stability testing, compatibility testing, and product validation.
• Coordinate product costing and ensure products meet target cost and margin requirements.
• Ensure required product, formulation, packaging, and regulatory documentation is maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support product launch activities and resolve development-related issues.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in NPD/Product Development, preferably in Skincare, Cosmetics, Beauty, FMCG, or D2C.
• Strong understanding of product development and commercialization processes.
• Good project management, coordination, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

• Successful completion of trials and validations.
• Launch readiness and on-shelf availability.
• Reduction in post-launch quality issues and customer complaints.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
