Position SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and proactive New Product Introduction Coordinator to support the launch of new products and customer projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy coordinating people, managing multiple tasks, and communicating in English.

You will work closely with teams across Planning, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure new products are launched successfully and on time.

Key Responsibilities￭ Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) projects from project initiation through successful launch.
￭ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
￭ Track project timelines, action plans, and key deliverables.
￭ Facilitate communication among teams including Planning, Procurement, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.
￭ Support the implementation of new customer projects and product launches.
￭ Monitor project progress and follow up on issues or action items to keep projects on track.
￭ Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and launch records.
￭ Support compliance and regulatory activities related to new product launches.
￭ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure required documents and approvals are completed on time.
￭ Assist in audit preparation and compliance-related activities when required.
￭ Prepare project status updates and presentations for management review.
￭ Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and launch processes.

**What do we ask from you?**Required qualifications;
￭ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
￭ Fresh graduates are welcome.
￭ Strong coordination and communication skills.
￭ Well-organized with good attention to detail.
￭ Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.
￭ Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned projects.
￭ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
￭ Good in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

Preferable qualifications;
￭ Experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to shopfloor employees, shift operations, and labor‑intensive workforce management, is preferred.
￭ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.
￭ TOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent English proficiency test results, is preferred.
