NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION ENGINEER [B] - LIMA SITE

• Conduct evaluations for new models and new products.
• Perform process qualification and validation activities.
• Prepare and generate reports on product evaluation results.
• Develop and update process work instructions.
• Conduct failure analysis on non-conforming products identified during evaluation.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding trial production activities and concerns.
• Perform assigned tasks as required from time to time.
• Carry out other duties as assigned for the benefit of the department.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of NPI and SMT.
• Project-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good soldering skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willing to be assigned in LIMA SITE.
