New Product Introduction Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• NPI & APQP Execution: Drive new product development projects following APQP processes to ensure on-time launches.
• Engineering & DFM Review: Evaluate engineering drawings using GD&T, conduct DFM, and perform risk assessments.
• Quality & PPAP Management: Lead PFMEA and Control Plan preparation, then compile and submit PPAP packages for customer approval.
• Trial Runs & Improvement: Monitor sample/trial runs, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and optimize processes to lower defect rates.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–3 years of NPI/Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Strong drawing interpretation skills, proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (GD&T, DFM, PFMEA, PPAP).
• Languages & Software: Fair English communication and proficiency in MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Good leadership, creativity, stress resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.
