Title: New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead

Location: Vacaville, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NPI Lead to support direct material procurement, technology transfers, and new product introductions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management, and Quality teams to ensure material readiness and timely project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Direct Procurement, or Purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and purchase order processing.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of MRP, material planning, and inventory management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• NPI or technology transfer experience preferred.

Preferred: APICS CPIM or equivalent MRP certification.

Title: Operational Buyer – SAP & Data Analytics

Location: Vacaville, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operational Buyer with strong SAP procurement experience and advanced data analysis skills to manage purchasing operations, maintain procurement records, analyze purchasing data, and resolve supplier-related issues.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Operational Procurement or Supply Chain, or a combination of relevant experience and a degree in Data Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and purchase order management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data manipulation capabilities.
• Experience with procurement reporting and BI tools preferred.
• Strong vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
