A brand-new restaurant is opening in Lahinch in the New Year 2027, and we’re now looking to build our team.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, take pride in what they do and want to be part of something from the very beginning.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Sous Chef
• Brunch Chef
• Chef de Partie
• Commis Chef
• Kitchen Porters
• Front of House
• Bartenders
• Supervisors

Both full-time and part-time positions will be available, with pay based on experience.

Experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude who are keen to learn, develop and grow with the business.

This is an opportunity to join a new restaurant from the ground up and help build something special in Lahinch.
