New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Le Mans Toyotais a family-owned business operating under by the Peter Kittle Motor Group who have locations spanning across Victoria, South Australia, and New South Wales. Since 1988, we have been working to the mission of car buying made easy! Our customers are at the core of our business, and we aim to provide a seamless experience for every individual.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Consultantto join our New Vehicle Sales team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible assisting guests with personalised service in finding the right Toyota vehicle that suits their needs.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing guests with a seamless experience that focuses on their needs and requirements, through outstanding customer service & communication skills
• Creating sales opportunities from customer enquiries acquired face-to-face, over the phone and online
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Toyota vehicle range
• Liaising with administrative support & stock control team members throughout the sale process

The successful applicant will:

• Motivation to achieve results through the ability to achieve targets and KPI's
• Ability to show initiative with the desire to take on new challenges
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Have a valid driver's license and clear Police Record
• Previous sales experience in automotive retail and/or sales experience (i.e. Real Estate, Marketing, etc.) is highly regarded/preferred
