About the role

CarePlus International Services Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. Based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, this is a full-time position perfect for our November class intake. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role is fundamental to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns
• Processing customer requests, complaints and feedback with efficiency and empathy
• Following company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality standards
• Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system
• Resolving customer issues or escalating them appropriately to supervisors or relevant departments
• Maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanour during all customer interactions
• Meeting performance targets and quality metrics as set by management
• Collaborating with team members to support a positive work environment
• Participating in training sessions and continuous development activities

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
• A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help and support others
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining consistent attendance
• The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided for new entrants
