Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Provide detailed product information, highlighting features and benefits to encourage confident purchasing decisions
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining an inviting store layout
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the customer shopping experience
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent communication skills and courtesy
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during your shift
• Maintain organizational standards by keeping the sales floor clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock levels and store presentation
• Excellent time management to prioritize tasks in a lively retail environment
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
• Experience or interest in merchandising, upselling, and customer service is preferred
• Bilingual capabilities are desirable to serve a broader customer base
