Nextopia Ambassador

Job Descriptions:

• Deliver engaging visitor experiences that inspire visitors to connect with and return to Nextopia, through storytelling that brings its sustainability concept to life
• Welcome and assist visitors with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the visitor journey
• Represent Nextopia through exceptional hospitality and meaningful interactions that deepen visitors’ understanding of the brand
• Plan and manage tailored tours and special visits for visitors, partners, schools, corporate groups, media, and VIP guests
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and professional visit execution
• Summarize visitor feedback and insights and share with team to improve future experiences
• Deliver each tour with confidence, engaging narration, inspiring storytelling  and strong brand representation
• Create content related to Nextopia across relevant platforms to communicate its identity, activities, and community stories, grounded in a strong understanding of target audiences and their interests
• Handle end-to-end content creation, including ideation, scripting, filming, and on-camera presentation
• Produce short-form and real-time content to increase awareness, engagement, and community participation
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure content aligns with brand direction and campaign priorities
• Promote the ONESIAM ecosystem and communicate key benefits and experiences in a clear and compelling way
• Support engagement activities, community programs, and sustainability initiatives, including event facilitation, on-site activity support, and encouraging visitor participation
• Act as an MC or event host when required to create an engaging atmosphere and strengthen audience connection with Nextopia
• Use customer insights to enhance engagement and encourage repeat visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Sustainability, Innovation, Technology, Smart City concepts, or Future Living
• Prior experience in Customer Engagement, Visitor Experience, Event Management, Exhibition, Community Programs, or roles involving coordination with large groups is highly preferred
• Experience handling VIP guests, international delegations, or guided tours is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in Thai and English; additional languages are beneficial
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage visitor experiences and guided tours for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Ability to create basic content independently, including ideation, mobile shooting, and on-camera communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and AI tools to support analysis, planning, content development, and presentations
